Making A Purchase Unfortunately, we currently do not have online ordering facilities.

Instead, to make an order, there are two options as follows :-

(i) GROUP ORDER. This is where the club collates a number of individual orders into one single large order in order to earn the club money by large order discount and is our preferred mechanism. Group orders will occur at three times during the year. These are :-

Season Start - September
Mid-Season - January
End Season - April

Please contact the Club Secretary/Treasurer (Sean Chapman) on 07580 963802 to place an order via the Group Order mechanism and help our club raise some money.

Payment by cash or cheque only.

(ii) INDIVIDUAL ORDER. You can place an order direct with RAM Sports, 20 High Street, Wincanton BA9 9JF. Contact Richard Stump on 01963 31779. This is the quickest way to obtain your order, but wont benefit the club with any income.

Payment by cash, card or cheque.

In each case payment is required with order.

Shipping And Handling Once your order is ready, it can be collected as follows :-

GROUP ORDERS: Collection only. Please contact the Club Secretary/Treasurer (Sean Chapman) on 07580 963802 for details of how to collect your order when it is ready.

INDIVIDUAL ORDERS: Contact Richard Stump at RAM Sports, 20 High Street, Wincanton BA9 9JF on 01963 31779 for shipping and delivery options (at extra cost)

Delivery Schedule GROUP ORDERS. Delivery will be approximately 20 -30 days after the Group Order has been placed. Note that this will only occur at one of the 3 Group Order months, so if you miss a Group Orderpoint their may be a considerale wait for your order.

INDIVIDUAL ORDERS. Delivery will be approximately 20 -30 days after the Individual Order has been placed.

Back Orders If your item is not in stock, we will let you know and if no longer available, any funds paid over will be returned.

Tax Charges For orders made from the UK, 20% VAT is included in the price.

Credit Card Security Credit cards are not curently taken on this site, so there should be no concerns on Credit Card Security.

Remittance Terms Remittance will be to RAM Sports, not WTYFC. Your contract of supply of goods will be suject to RAM Sports normal Terms and Conditions of business. For the purpose of clarity, WTYFC are acting as agents for RAM Sports in any contract for sale.
